Pearl White ready to use glitter writing icing tube from House Of Cake
These writing tubes are perfect for quick and easy cake, cupcake and cookie decorating. They have a new and improved formula means this is now an excellent quality glitter icing. The product comes ready to use 100% edible glittery pearlescent white icing – perfect for creating frosty snow, the squeeze tube is easy to use – simply hold, squeeze gently and write like a pen making them easy to control – flows well – wipe nozzle and replace lid after use. It comes fitted with fine nozzle (snip with scissors to open) to create fine lines and lettering.
You can create more intricate free-hand shapes, squeeze onto baking parchment paper and leave to dry for 3-4 hours (or place in 70 degree cool oven for 15 mins), carefully peel from the paper and secure to the cake using edible glue.
It can also be used to create edible metallic sprinkles – squeeze onto baking parchment paper, allow to dry, pop in a food bag and gently crush into small pieces.
This always handy to have in the cupboard – saves making up a batch of coloured icing approx 25g nett.
