White Renshaw Extra Ready to Roll Sugarpaste Icing 2.5kg Packet
Renshaw Extra White Ready to Roll Icing is specially formulated to be extra firm and extra elastic. It has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw Professional Ready to Roll Icing and is also suitable for hotter and more humid climates.
The vibrant colours are produced by the highly concentrated pigments that will make cakes and other treats stand out from the rest. With a professional finish, this icing delivers excellent coverage without being too sticky or liable to crack. This icing will be firm on the top whilst remaining soft on the underside, allowing easier decorating.
In general, a thickness of 3 to 4 millimetres (mm) is ideal for covering a cake.
Knead the icing on a hard, dry surface until pliable. Then lightly dust a clean, flat surface with icing sugar before using a rolling pin to roll out or mould to a desired thickness. Use the product at room temperature.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
